1) Accommodation

   The hotel offers the following rates to the LPAR participants:

    Standard single room at US$ 90

    Standard twin/double room at US$ 100

    Above rates include VAT 16%, one/two American breakfast buffet, 
    and both complimentary airport shuttle service and 
    entrance to the sauna.

(2) Payment methods

    Hotel accept the following methods of payment: cash, bank transfer, 
    credit card: Visa, American Express, MasterCard/EuroCard, Diners Club, 
    JCB.   
 
(3) Cancellation and Non-Arrivals

  (a) All non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 
      06:00p.m. Released reservations will be accommodated 
      subject to availability of the rooms.  
  (b) If any confirmed reservation is canceled, the hotel must 
      be notified at least 24 hours prior guest arrival. Failure 
      to do so may result in a charge of one (1) night`s 
      accommodation being levied.
  (c) In the event a client fails to arrive on the date reserved, 
      this will be treated as a cancellation without notice and 
      will be regarded in the same manner as described in the 
      point above.

(4) General

  (a) Hotel Check-In and Check-Out time is 12:00.

· (b) In case guest checks-out after 12:00, 
      but before 06:00pm a half rate have to be paid in 
      addition. After 06:00pm - full rate.
