Venue

The conference will be held in Hotel Savana in Dakar, Senegal. We recommend you to stay in the hotel. We received a special offer for LPAR of 62,000 FCFA per night for a room including all taxes and the breakfast. The room can be used as a single room or as a double. If it is used as a double, 8,000 FCFA for the second breakfast should be added to the price.

To book the hotel please email to reservation@savana.sn and mention LPAR in the letter.

It seems that ransportation between the airport and the hotel will be provided, we are waiting for details.

Registration

You should register online as described below. The registration fees are as follows:

• Standard registration: EUR 400
• Student registration: EUR 325
• Accompanying person (social events only): EUR 120

The registration fees include:

1. Conference attendance
2. Proceedings
3. All social events
4. Coffee breaks and lunches

Online Registration

The registration and payment are through EasyChair. Click this link to proceed to the registration page.

The preferred way of paying the registration fee is online by credit card. Note that our merchant temporarily accepts only British pounds, so the online payment will be in Bristish pounds too, approximately equivalent to the fee in Euro as described above.

If you cannot pay online you will be asked to pay in Dakar in Euro. In this case you should also register online through EasyChair.

If you register online and fill out information about your arrival and departure dates and flight number, you will be picked up at the aiport by the local organising committe representatives.
